Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label and print it directly from your browser.
Prepare the Package
Place your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box and affix the return label.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
